Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of www.teramok.gr. Our marketing, production and consulting services are governed by the written proposal or contract we sign with each client; where that contract says something different, the contract applies.
In short
- You can read, share and link to our pages freely. Search engines and AI assistants may quote our text with a link back.
- Our photos, films, renders and designs belong to us or our clients and need written permission to reuse.
- Prices and results on the site are information, not offers or guarantees. What binds us is the signed proposal.
- Greek law applies and the courts of Athens decide disputes, without removing any protection the law gives you.

2. Using the website
You may use the site for any lawful purpose. Please do not:
- try to break, overload or get around the site's security
- copy the site in bulk with automated tools to republish it or to build a competing service
- send us malicious code, spam or unlawful content
- pretend to be TERAMOK or one of our clients
We may limit access for anyone who does.
3. Our content and how you may use it
The text, photographs, films, renders, visualizations, designs, code and logos on this site belong to TERAMOK or to the clients and partners who allowed us to show them, and are protected by Greek and EU law (Law 2121/1993).
You may read, print and share our pages, and quote short parts of our text with a link to the page. Search engines and AI assistants may read, index, summarise and quote our text with attribution to TERAMOK.
You need our written permission to copy or reuse photographs, films, renders, visualizations, designs or code, or to use the TERAMOK name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. BUY GREECE® is a registered trademark.
4. Information, prices and results on the site
Service descriptions and published prices help you plan; they are not binding offers. The final scope, price, how VAT applies, timeline and payment terms are set in the written proposal or contract for your project.
Results and case studies describe what happened on past projects, with the dates and sources we show. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, so they are not a promise of the same result for you.
Renders and AI-generated images are labeled as visualizations. They show design intent, not a finished building.
5. What you send us
When you send us a brief, files or ideas through a form or by email, you confirm that you have the right to share them. We use them only to answer you and, if we work together, to deliver the project, and we keep them confidential. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
6. Links to other websites
We link to client sites, review platforms, social networks and sources. We do not control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be online, error-free or complete.
To the extent the law allows, TERAMOK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, caused by using or being unable to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence (Greek Civil Code Art. 332), for harm to life or health, or any right a consumer has under Greek consumer law (Law 2251/1994).
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live. Before going to court, please write to us; most questions are solved by email.
9. Changes and language
We may update these terms when our services or the law change, and will change the date at the top. Changes apply from that date to future use of the site and never change a contract already signed.
These terms are available in Greek and English. If the two versions differ, the Greek version prevails.
