Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data TERAMOK Advertising Agency IKE collects through www.teramok.gr and in our work with clients, why, on what legal basis, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Greek Law 4624/2019 and Greek Law 3471/2006.
In short
- We collect only what you send us and, if you accept, traffic statistics.
- Analytics cookies stay off until you click Accept. Reject is one click, just like Accept, and you can change your choice at any time.
- We never sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
- You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data by emailing info@teramok.gr. We answer within one month.
- You can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at any time.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller is TERAMOK Advertising Agency IKE, a Greek private company. TERAMOK LLC, our US company, runs www.teramok.us and is responsible for data collected through that site under its own policy.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because the law does not require one for our activities. All privacy questions go to the contact below.

2. What we collect, why, and for how long
You do not have to give us any personal data to read this website. If you want us to reply or to prepare a proposal, we need at least your name and an email address; without them we cannot answer.

3. Cookies and similar technologies
Greek law allows information to be stored on or read from your device only with your consent, unless it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for. So when you first visit, analytics stay off and a banner asks you to choose. Accept and Reject have the same size and colour and each takes one click.
If you reject, Google Analytics runs in a mode that sets no cookies on your device. You can change your mind at any time with the button below.

Fonts from Google Fonts and our videos from the bunny.net network are delivered without cookies, but your browser sends your IP address to those servers so they can deliver the files. Links to WhatsApp, Trustpilot, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube take you to those services, whose own policies then apply.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with providers who process it for us under contract, with our professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some providers or their sub-processors may handle data outside the EEA, mainly in the United States. We transfer data only where the European Commission has found the protection adequate, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified US companies (Commission Decision (EU) 2023/1795, upheld by the EU General Court in September 2025, with an appeal pending), or under the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can ask us for information about the safeguard used for a specific provider.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR Articles 15 to 22 you can:
- see the data we hold about you and get a copy
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted where we no longer need it or have no legal basis
- restrict how we use it while a question is resolved
- receive data you gave us in a common machine-readable format
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to marketing at any time
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before
Email info@teramok.gr. We answer within one month, which the GDPR allows us to extend by up to two more months for complex requests; if so, we tell you why within the first month. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

7. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Under Greek Law 4624/2019 Art. 21, children under 15 need a parent's consent for online services based on consent.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections, give access only to the people who need it and work with providers that meet GDPR requirements. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and the Authority as the law requires.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices or the law change and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you directly before it applies.
