NUR Developments is a new residential developer in Athens. Its first projects are LITO Residences on Lofos Pani in Alimos, three homes built by NFP Construction & Development, and Palm Wellness, also in Alimos. It also presents Villa Sera, an estate for sale on Mykonos.

How is generative AI used in real estate marketing?

To show homes that are not built yet. For NUR, TERAMOK starts from the architects' renders and plans and uses generative AI to create film-quality stills and short films of the buildings, the street and the light at different times of day. Every AI image and film is labeled as a visualization, carries AI metadata, and is shown next to real drone footage of the site.

Can AI images be used to sell off-plan homes?

Yes, if they are honest. They must be based on the approved design, be clearly labeled as visualizations and never be presented as photographs of a finished building. TERAMOK labels every AI visual for NUR on the image itself or in its caption and tags the files with IPTC AI metadata.

What is LITO Residences?

LITO Residences is a NUR Developments project on Lofos Pani in Alimos: three residences, a 235 m² maisonette with private pool and a 190 m² garden, a 151.5 m² first-floor home with three en-suite bedrooms, and a 239.3 m² upper maisonette with four en-suite bedrooms and a private pool. Construction is by NFP Construction & Development.

What is special about the NUR coming-soon website?
