YPERIA Properties develops modern residential buildings across Glyfada with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, structural integrity, and premium finishes. The challenge: most buyers commit off-plan, so every stage of construction had to be documented in a way that builds trust before the building exists, and distributed consistently enough to keep a boutique developer top of mind in the most competitive coastal market of Athens.
Our Strategy
TERAMOK built a complete construction storytelling system for YPERIA: monthly on-site shoots with cinema-grade equipment, vertical progress films for Instagram, architectural photography for brochures and ads, and retargeting campaigns that turn viewers into brochure downloads and site visits. Transparency became the brand: buyers watch quality being built, floor by floor, before they ever call.
