What a marketing agency costs in Greece: our prices, published.
Updated 8 October 2026 · Reviewed by Kirill Samarits, Founder and CEO
Most TERAMOK engagements run between €3,000 and €12,000 per month on 12-month agreements, scoped and priced before contract. The advertising budget is separate and stays in your own account. Below is the rate card: what each level covers, what a month actually contains, and what moves the number.
The short answer
TERAMOK costs €3,000 to €5,000 a month for one to three projects, €7,000 to €12,000 for four to eight, and from €15,000 for ten or more. Strategy, filming, social media, Google and Meta ads management, SEO and AI-search work are included. The advertising budget is separate and paid directly to Google or Meta, without markup. Agreements run for 12 months and the fee is fixed in writing before you sign.

What each level covers.
The level follows the work, not a feature list. Every engagement is scoped individually and the exact figure is fixed before you sign.

What advertising itself costs, from our invoices.
The ad budget is yours and separate from our fee. These are real figures from two client accounts, not industry averages.
What a month actually contains.
The shape of a typical twelve-month engagement, so you can judge the fee against the work rather than against another agency's quote.
Scoping is finished before you sign, so month one is execution, not discovery. Positioning and messaging are locked, the entity layer is corrected so search engines and AI assistants read one consistent company, and the first production is planned around what is actually sellable now.
The content engine starts turning: on-site production, project pages that answer complete buyer questions, campaigns live with the budget in your own account. Paid media typically produces qualified leads first; search compounds behind it.
Search visibility begins to carry weight, the content library becomes an asset you own rather than a monthly cost, and reporting shifts from activity to pipeline. This is where the twelve-month horizon earns itself.
What moves it, and what should not.
Five things explain almost every euro of difference between a €3,000 engagement and a €12,000 one: how many projects are live at once, how often we are on site with cameras, how many buyer markets and languages you sell into, how much paid media needs managing, and whether you are in a launch or running always-on.
What does not move it: how urgent the project feels, how large your company is, or how much budget we suspect you have. The scope determines the price, and the scope is written down before anyone signs anything.
If you are comparing this to a few hundred euros a month for a freelancer or a generalist retainer, compare against the right number instead. For a development carrying financing, a single slow month of pre-sales costs more than a year of marketing. That is the comparison that matters, and it is also the reason we turn down projects that genuinely do not need this.
What we will not charge you for.
Media spend never passes through us. You own the accounts, the data, and the history, at any budget you set.
Every film, photograph, master file and website belongs to you outright. No usage fees, no hostage files.
The first call, the audit of where you stand, and the written scope cost nothing, whether or not you hire us.
If a project is too small for this range, or outside the built environment, we say so and point you somewhere better.
"Published prices cost us some meetings and save everyone the ones that were never going to work. That trade is worth it."
